New hope for advanced breast cancer patients in First-Ever drug trial

Summary
This is the first human study testing a new oral medication called RGT-419B for people with advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial will enroll 64 adults to determine if the drug is safe and tolerable when taken alone or combined with hormone therapy. Researchers will measure how the drug moves through the body and look for early signs that it might help control cancer growth.
