New scan and urine test could improve bladder cancer detection
NCT ID NCT07257718
Summary
This study aims to see if two new diagnostic methods can better detect and stage bladder cancer. Researchers will test a special PET scan (called FAPI PET/CT) and two urine tests on 262 adults with suspected or confirmed bladder cancer. The goal is to compare these new methods against current standard approaches to see if they provide more accurate information for treatment decisions.
