New shoulder test could spot biceps tears more accurately

Summary
This study checks if a new physical exam (Said's test) can better diagnose biceps tendon injuries in the shoulder. About 144 adults with shoulder pain and healthy volunteers will be examined by two doctors using the new test and standard tests. Results will be compared to MRI or arthroscopy to see how accurate and reliable the new test is.
