Spinal injection trial offers hope for untreatable back pain
NCT ID NCT07122453
Summary
This is the first time a new non-opioid drug called CNTX-3001 is being tested in people. Researchers want to see if it is safe and can help people with severe, long-term low back pain that hasn't improved with other treatments. The drug is given as a single injection into the fluid around the spinal cord.
