First human test for new back pain shot
NCT ID NCT07122453
Summary
This is the first study in people testing an experimental drug called CNTX-3001 for severe, hard-to-treat low back pain. Researchers will give a single injection into the spine to 16 participants to check if it's safe and how the body processes it. The goal is to see if this new non-opioid treatment can help people whose pain hasn't improved with other therapies.
