New heart device aims to zap away irregular heartbeats
NCT ID NCT05572047
Summary
This study is testing a new medical device called the Arga Medtech System to treat atrial fibrillation (AFib), a common heart rhythm problem. Doctors will use the device to create small scars around the heart's veins to block the faulty electrical signals causing the irregular heartbeat. The study will check if the procedure is safe and works well for 25 patients who haven't responded well to medication.
