Spinal cord injury breakthrough: implanted device brings back hand and trunk control

Summary
This study tests a fully implanted device that helps people with cervical spinal cord injury regain hand, reach, and trunk function. About 30 participants with injuries at the C5-C7 level will use the device to perform daily tasks. The goal is to see if the device improves independence compared to when it is turned off.
