Scientists seek clues to mysterious nerve pain in blood cancer patients
NCT ID NCT07160270
Summary
This study aims to understand how and why nerve damage occurs in people with Waldenström's macroglobulinemia, a type of blood cancer. Researchers will examine 90 patients who have both the cancer and symptoms of nerve problems to identify patterns and potential markers for the condition. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to faster diagnosis and better future treatments, but this study itself does not test a new therapy.
