Summary
This study looks at people with shoulder pain lasting at least 3 months to understand if nerve-related pain and a condition called central sensitization (where the nervous system becomes overly sensitive) play a role. Researchers will use questionnaires and simple movement tests—no needles or scans. The goal is to help doctors better treat shoulder pain by identifying these hidden pain patterns.
