Summary
This study looks at people with shoulder pain lasting at least 3 months to understand how nerve-related pain and a condition called central sensitization (where the nervous system becomes overly sensitive) are connected. Researchers will use simple questionnaires and physical exams—no needles or scans. The goal is to find better ways to manage pain for those with ongoing shoulder problems.
