NCT ID NCT07340021
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a special warm-up that includes balance and coordination exercises works better than a standard warm-up for improving balance and leg strength in healthy adults who go to the gym regularly. About 46 people aged 18 to 40 will take part in 6 weeks of supervised warm-up sessions. The goal is to find a better way to prevent injuries and boost performance.
