First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week neuromuscular training program can improve knee control and performance in college basketball players who had ACL surgery at least a year ago. Thirty male players will either do standard basketball training or add special balance and jumping exercises. The goal is to see if the extra training helps them land more safely and reduce re-injury risk.
