First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tested whether healthy adults can learn to increase communication between brain regions using neurofeedback – a technique where they see real-time feedback of their brain activity. The goal was to see if this heightened brain communication could improve visual perception and motor learning. 65 healthy participants took part, and the researchers measured brain activity changes and performance on visual and movement tasks.
