New nasal spray trial aims to slow Alzheimer's memory loss

Summary
This study is testing whether a nasal spray called NeuroEPO can help slow or prevent further memory and thinking decline in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. 90 participants will use either the spray or a placebo (inactive substance) three times a week for one year, while continuing their standard Alzheimer's medications. Researchers will measure changes in memory, daily function, and brain health to see if NeuroEPO is safe and effective.
