Summary

This study tested whether combining nerve gliding exercises with a special stretching technique (PNF) can reduce pain and improve hand movement in people with carpal tunnel syndrome. 48 adults with confirmed CTS did these exercises for 2 weeks, 5 days a week. Researchers measured changes in pain and daily function using standard questionnaires.
