Summary
This study tested whether combining nerve gliding exercises (neurodynamics) with muscle stretching (PNF) can reduce pain and improve hand movement in people with carpal tunnel syndrome. 48 adults with confirmed CTS did these exercises for 2 weeks, 5 days a week. The goal was to see if the combo works better than standard care for easing symptoms.
