Summary
This study looked at whether a gentle stretching technique called neurodynamic mobilization can help people with a herniated (slipped) disc in their lower back. Forty adults with low back pain for at least six weeks took part. The goal was to see if the stretches could reduce pain, improve movement, and help with daily activities.
