This study looked at whether special training that targets the nervous system (neuroathletic training) or quick-reaction drills can help American football players perform better and avoid injuries. 45 players aged 18-30 were split into groups and did extra exercises twice a week for four weeks. Researchers measured balance, movement quality, and reaction time to see which training method worked best.
