Summary

This study looked at whether special training that targets the nervous system (neuroathletic training) or quick-reaction drills can improve physical performance and lower injury risk in American football players. 45 players aged 18-30 were split into groups and trained twice a week for four weeks. Tests measured balance, movement quality, and reaction time to find the best training approach.
