Summary
This study tested a treatment called neural mobilization (gentle nerve stretches) in 60 adults with Upper Cross Syndrome, a common condition causing forward head, rounded shoulders, and upper back pain. Participants received either standard care or standard care plus neural mobilization. The goal was to see if adding nerve stretches improved posture angles and pain better than standard care alone.
