Summary
This study tested a gentle nerve-stretching technique called neural mobilization in 40 children with cerebral palsy, ages 5 to 18. The goal was to see if it improves leg movement and reduces pain better than standard physical therapy. Results may help guide future treatment choices for spasticity.
