Brain study aims to improve speech therapy for stroke survivors

Summary
This study looks at how the brain processes auditory feedback during speech in people with aphasia, a communication disorder often caused by stroke. Researchers will test 50 adults with aphasia and 50 healthy adults using speech tasks, EEG, and fMRI. The goal is to find brain markers that can lead to better diagnosis and targeted speech therapy.
