New app aims to ease Cyberbullying's toll on teens

Summary
This study tested a free app called NettOpp for junior high students in Norway who experienced cyberbullying. The goal was to see if the app could improve mental health, reduce trauma symptoms, and boost well-being. Over 700 teens took part, and researchers measured changes using standard questionnaires.
