New app aims to support teens after cyberbullying

Summary
This study tested a free app called NettOpp for junior high school students in Norway who have experienced cyberbullying. The goal was to see if the app could improve mental health and well-being. About 709 teens took part, and researchers measured their feelings, stress, and whether they sought help.
