Summary

This study tested whether adding nerve mobilization exercises to standard early physical therapy can reduce long-term shoulder disability in women after breast cancer surgery. 140 women who had surgery for breast cancer took part. The results will help understand if these gentle nerve stretches improve arm function and pain over two years.
