Targeted nerve blocks aim to ease Kids' pain after tonsil surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether using ultrasound to guide numbing injections (nerve blocks) near specific nerves in the throat and face can better control pain for children having their tonsils removed. It will compare this targeted approach to the standard combination of pain medications. The goal is to see if the nerve blocks reduce pain after surgery and lower the need for strong painkillers in 40 children aged 5 to 13.
