Summary
This study is testing whether blocking several nerves in the scalp with a numbing medicine and a steroid can stop a migraine attack in progress and prevent future ones for several months. Researchers are comparing blocking just two nerves to blocking up to ten nerves to see which approach works better. The goal is to reduce headache pain, frequency, and the days people miss from work or life activities.
