Summary
This study aims to find out which of two add-on drugs helps a numbing injection work faster for patients having arm surgery. Researchers will compare how quickly patients lose feeling and movement in their arm after receiving the injection with one of the two drugs. The goal is to improve pain control during and after surgery using this targeted numbing technique instead of general anesthesia.
