New nerve block tested to cut pain after lung surgery
NCT ID NCT07250373
Summary
This study compares two different nerve block techniques to manage pain after minimally invasive lung surgery. Researchers want to see which method better controls pain, reduces the need for opioid painkillers, and helps patients recover more comfortably. The trial involves 28 adults undergoing lung surgery and measures their pain levels and medication use for 24 hours after their operation.
