Summary
This study compares two different ultrasound-guided nerve block techniques for managing pain during and after forearm or hand surgery in obese patients. Researchers want to see which method works faster and provides better pain relief and recovery quality. The study involves 60 patients who are having elective or trauma-related hand or forearm procedures.
