Nerve block may offer relief for migraine sufferers hooked on painkillers

Summary
This study tests whether a nerve block injection in the back of the head can help people with migraine who overuse painkillers. The goal is to ease withdrawal headaches and reduce the number of headache days. About 130 adults will receive either the nerve block or a placebo, and their progress will be tracked for three months.
