First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether injecting a numbing medicine and steroid near a nerve in the throat can reduce coughing and improve quality of life for people with chronic cough caused by nerve issues. About 50 adults with cough lasting 8 weeks or more will receive the injection in a doctor's office. The goal is to see if this quick procedure can safely ease symptoms.
