First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether a nerve block behind the nose can help control blood pressure during surgery to remove a pituitary tumor. 54 adults will receive either prilocaine or lidocaine as part of their anesthesia. The goal is to see which medicine works better at keeping blood pressure stable and reducing the need for extra painkillers.
