Summary

This study tests whether a nerve block using prilocaine or lidocaine can better control blood pressure during pituitary tumor removal surgery. 54 adults aged 21-45 will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two medicines. The goal is to reduce dangerous blood pressure swings that can cause bleeding and complicate the surgery.
