Zapping a belly nerve to ease heart failure?

Summary
This study is testing a minimally invasive procedure that uses a catheter to treat a specific nerve in the abdomen, called the greater splanchnic nerve. The goal is to see if this procedure can safely improve symptoms like shortness of breath and increase walking distance for people with a common type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but doesn't relax well. About 150 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real procedure or a simulated one to compare results fairly.
