Drug combo targets tough cancers in new trial

Summary
This study tests two drugs, neratinib and valproate, together in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose, and then see how well the combination works against cancers with a RAS mutation, including certain colon and pancreatic cancers. About 83 adults will take part.
