Summary

This study tested a drug called neratinib, alone or with another drug (fulvestrant), in 21 people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (HER2-positive and ER-positive). The goal was to see if the combination could slow cancer growth better than neratinib alone. The trial was stopped early, but results help guide future research.
