Summary
This completed Phase 1 trial studied how the drug nerandomilast is processed in the bodies of 12 healthy Japanese men after a single dose. Participants took one tablet by mouth after fasting. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood over time. This early-stage study does not test treatment for any disease.
