New drug combo shows promise in shrinking breast tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests two drugs, trastuzumab rezetecan and toripalimab, given before surgery to people with HR-positive, HER2-low breast cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can completely eliminate the tumor in the breast at the time of surgery. About 111 women aged 18-70 with early-stage breast cancer will take part.
