First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study is testing a skin graft made from donated amniotic tissue (NeoThelium FT) to help heal venous leg ulcers—sores on the lower leg caused by poor blood flow. Ten adults with ulcers between 1 and 30 cm² will receive the graft and be followed for up to 13 weeks. The main goal is to see if the wound closes completely and stays closed.
