First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called sacituzumab govitecan, given before surgery, in people with localized triple-negative breast cancer. The goal is to see if it can eliminate all signs of cancer in the breast and lymph nodes at the time of surgery. About 260 participants will receive the drug, and some may also get pembrolizumab. This approach aims to improve outcomes and possibly allow more breast-conserving surgeries.
