Summary
This study compares two different training methods to help rural hospital teams improve their skills in newborn resuscitation emergencies. Researchers will test whether a new mixed reality simulator (HoloBaby) works as well as traditional high-tech simulation training. The study involves 400 doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists from rural hospitals who regularly attend deliveries.
