Summary

This study aims to compare two different training methods for healthcare teams who care for newborns in rural hospitals. Researchers will test whether a new mixed reality simulator works as well as traditional high-tech simulators for teaching emergency resuscitation skills. The study involves 400 doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists from rural delivery hospitals who will practice using either the new technology or traditional methods.
