New immune combo tested in early breast cancer before surgery

Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety of combining a cancer vaccine (DPX-Survivac) with hormone therapy, and sometimes radiation or chemotherapy, before surgery in people with HR+HER2- breast cancer. The goal is to see if these combinations are safe and do not delay planned surgery. Only 18 participants will be enrolled across three treatment groups.
