First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving chemotherapy before surgery helps people with left-sided pancreatic cancer live longer than having surgery right away. About 381 patients with resectable tumors will be randomly assigned to one of these two approaches. The goal is to see if the chemo-first strategy improves overall survival.
