New hope for tough pancreatic cancer: chemo before surgery may boost survival

Summary
This study compares giving chemotherapy before surgery versus surgery alone for people with left-sided pancreatic cancer that can be removed. About 381 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two approaches. The goal is to see if starting with chemo helps people live longer.
