First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to standard chemotherapy and radiation can help people with stage IVA nasopharyngeal cancer live longer without their cancer growing. About 43 adults with previously untreated, EBV-positive cancer will receive the drug combination before, during, and after radiation for up to one year. The main goal is to see how many patients remain cancer-free after two years.
