Summary

This study tests a drug called nemolizumab in 50 adults who have had chronic itching for at least 6 months with no clear cause. The goal is to see how the drug moves through the body and how well it reduces itching over 16 weeks. Participants must be 18 or older and have itching on normal-looking skin. The study is currently recruiting.
