Summary
This early study tests a drug called neflamapimod in 20 people with a rare brain condition that slowly destroys the ability to speak (primary progressive aphasia). The main goal is to check safety and see if the drug can improve language symptoms. Participants take the drug for several weeks and are monitored for side effects and changes in speech.
