Summary
This early study tests a drug called neflamapimod in 20 people with a rare form of primary progressive aphasia that affects speech and grammar. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and if it can improve language symptoms. Participants take the drug for a set period, and researchers monitor side effects and changes in speech.
